To provide the Rogue Valley with the ultimate Property Management Services. New Foundations Property Management of Medford, OR is a smaller, family-owned Property Management Company serving the property management services needs of the Southern Oregon area.

 

We are Oregon Licensed Property Managers and own rentals ourselves and understand the importance of having a Return Investment coupled with Customer Service and Communication.

Our goal is to reduce your costs and increase your profits by:

 

  • Minimize vacancy periods by advertising on our Website, Word of Mouth, Social Media and Craigslist.

 

  • Quick turnaround time to get your rental in rent ready condition.  We have built strong relationships with local contractors, cleaners, electricians, etc.  The discounts the vendors give New Foundations are passed to my owners.

 

  • Interior and Exterior Inspections to ensure your property is properly maintained and contractual rules are followed.

 

  • We have a very strict screening policy and charge the perspective tenant a $30 application fee to receive their: credit check, criminal check, registered sex offender check, eviction history check, employment/income verification, and past residency verification.  In addition we request a copy of their driver’s license or applicable ID.

 

  • We save you all the time that it takes dealing with maintenance and tenant issues, not to mention monthly financial statements and year end statements with a final breakdown of expenses. In addition, your tenants will receive 24 hour emergency response 7 days a week.

Shelly, we just received the deposit check and I thank you for sending it before the “normal” thirty days for leasing property.  We enjoyed our stay at the house and had a high degree of personal of satisfaction cleaning and improving the yard, barn, crawl space and the interior of the house.   I enjoyed bring problems and improvements up to Craig's and your attention.  I liked talking to contractors and showing them specific problems that would permanently damage the house if they were not addressed.  We are in our new house and wish you well in the future.
